legal power to speak, for their loved one, on that exact point of
contention. |

b) the person know
exactly where the Nursing Home Reform Act stands on that unresolved
issue. |

c) the person know the
proper protocol in approaching the Nursing Home. |

report card for you to evaluate the level of care which is being
given. |

facility. |

of the way and interface, with the facility, in a final attempt
to resolve the matter before the state is summoned. |
